This role provides an extensive administrative support to all areas within Streetscene Services, alongside operating a remote reception function for Beverley Depot. You will be required to work to deadlines and prioritise your own workloads, along with using your initiative.
The role involves daily communication with customers (internal and external); therefore good written and oral communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Duties include collating, inputting and extraction of data onto databases, processing payroll, record keeping, invoice and payment processing and dealing with telephone enquiries. Attention to detail and commitment to providing a quality service is vital.
