Are you looking for a new opportunity to work in a supportive team?
We are excited to be able to offer an Assessments Assistant opportunity to join our Assessments Team within Customer Relations, Revenues and Benefits.
This role provides a great chance to be part of a fast growing team who deal with provider payments for residential, non-residential and childcare services.
The role involves handling of correspondence, data input and processing invoices from the care providers in the East Riding.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to process high volumes of work with speed and accuracy and is able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
You must be able to respond to queries from care providers by email and provide cover and support to the telephone team for provider queries from internal and external customers.
You will be a friendly and confident individual, with excellent organisation and IT skills, working well as a team player and possessing great communication skills.
Knowledge of dealing with vulnerable customers in a sensitive manner is essential to this role and you will need to demonstrate that:
