As part of our improvement journey the senior leadership team and I are looking to recruit an additional team manager for the Early Help and Safeguarding Hub (EHaSH).
EHaSH is a multi-disciplinary team that provides the first point of contact for all potential safeguarding concerns in relation to children. We are committed to ensuring that we have the right capacity, capability and environment for our work force, and co-located partners, to ensure we meet the needs of vulnerable children in East Riding and to achieve good outcomes for the children and young people we work with.
You will work alongside other team managers to ensure that new referrals are responded to in a timely manner. You will have working experience of making effective decisions around Early Help, Section 17 and Section 47 and using multi-agency agreed Levels of Need.

You will be part of a hardworking, ambitious and enthusiastic leadership team that supports and creates a culture of high challenge and high support, where practitioners can confidently manage complex situations for children, and their families, whilst providing a balanced and proportionate response to risk.
All aspects of the role will need commitment to relationship based practice in each of your interactions with staff, families and partners.
If you want to join a team that is lively and welcoming, and is on the start of this journey to develop the service to deliver and learn from good practice, be accountable for their work and committed to improving outcomes for children then we want to hear from you.
